What you're buying

Booth Operator OS is a set of digital files: PDF guides, a spreadsheet, document templates and, if purchased, the 360 Booth Template Pack. They're delivered through a personal download page right after payment. Nothing physical ships.

Your license

You can use the files to run and market your own photo booth business. That includes editing the contracts and templates, using them with your clients and staff, and using the template pack's overlays, frames, cards and LUTs in client work. You can't resell, share, sublicense or publish the files or substantial parts of them, or upload them to marketplaces or group drives. One purchase covers one business. If you run more than one booth company, buy a copy for each.

14-day money-back guarantee

If the kit isn't useful to your business, email support@boothoperatoros.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method. We don't need a reason. Refunds usually show on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, your download access for that purchase ends.

Upgrades and the template pack follow the same 14-day rule, counted from the date of that purchase.

Updates

Complete includes future updates to the kit at no extra cost; they appear on your download page. Starter and Pro buyers keep the edition they purchased and can upgrade at the difference in price.

Not legal, tax or financial advice

The contracts and policies are templates. They're written to be complete, but laws vary by state. Have a licensed attorney in your state review them before you rely on them. Pricing, insurance, tax and equipment figures are typical ranges and examples meant for planning. Confirm them for your own market and situation.

No earnings promises

Example prices, margins and forecasts in the kit and on this site illustrate how the math works. They aren't a promise of results. What you earn depends on your market, prices, effort and many factors outside our control.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars.

Liability

The kit is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
